My daughter recommended this dental group to me and the rest of my family. After she got her braces done, we were impressed with how amazing her teeth looked like and the way it shaped her facial structure too. After my family and I got ortho consults with Dr. Paul and Dr. Janet, we were sold. We all got braces and loved the results! They walk you through the process and conmunicate with full transparency. They're also very upfront with costs and expenses. They answer all your questions and make sure to meet your dental needs. I also love how friendly they are as they always remember details we share. If you're looking for a dental place that looks out for you, I'd recommend M Dental! 🙂
I got 6 different procedures done at M Dental Group. After each of the first 5 procedures, I had minimal pain, so I was able to use my own Ibuprofen to reduce the pain to a somewhat comfortable level. On my 6th visit, I got a lot of pain. I felt a sharp pain constantly in the area of the procedure for a considerable time. It felt as if someone had smashed my face with a hammer and a pick, so I called them and asked if they could prescribe some pain medication. I let them know that Tylenol does absolutely nothing for me; it never has, and Ibuprofen helps reduce pain by about 30% at best. M Dental Group said they would call to prescribe some pain medication, which they never did. Not only did they not give me pain medication on my 6th procedure, the ONE time out of 6 times I asked them for pain medication, they also asked me to come back into the office to get more X-rays. What are X-rays going to show y'all? How much pain I am in? They are basically saying, "Drive to our office while you're in a lot of pain and let us shove our hands down your throat again, so we can see how much pain you're in." Completely ridiculous.

The staff is so kind and welcoming the Dr is amazing. My kids adore her she so kind and very attentive with my kids always checking on them and reassuring them everything is ok during treatments and cleanings.

First time coming here, and I immediately felt at ease bringing my children. After the trauma they experienced at another location, that comfort meant everything to us. The staff created a safe, welcoming environment, and I'm truly grateful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
